本文针对现在企业中,大批新生代员工显示出的注重追求个人兴趣目标和价值实现,维护自我权利,淡化权威和权力,厌恶规则约束,自我意识强,更为灵活、心态开放等基本特质。从三方面提出新生代管理的原则:坦诚与包容、尊重与平等、激发涌流。希望企业管理者能改变一些固有的管理理念,进一步提升企业的管理水平,为企业发展提供更有力的支撑。
In this paper, a large number of new generation employees in today’s enterprises are showing the basic traits of focusing on pursuing the goals and values of personal interests, defending their own rights, diluting their authority and power, aversion to rules, strong self-awareness, more flexibility and open mind. Put forward the management principles of Cenozoic from three aspects: honesty and tolerance, respect and equality, and stimulate current. Hope that business managers can change some of the inherent management philosophy to further enhance the management level of enterprises for the development of enterprises to provide more support.
