人力资源是一个国家、企业发展和创新的核心资源,是第一资源。近年来,我国电力企业普遍加强了人才的培养和管理,但与发达国家相比,人力资源管理水平还存在差距。因此,本文探讨了提高电力施工企业人力资源管理水平对策方面的内容,简单介绍了人力资源管理工作对于电力施工企业的重要性,并阐述了电力施工企业人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,针对性地提出了提高电力施工企业人力资源管理水平的对策。基于对本次研究进行了总结,同时对未来电力施工企业的发展提出展望,希望本次研究可以为电力施工企业未来的发展提供借鉴。
Human resources are the core resources of a country, enterprise development and innovation, and are the primary resources. In recent years, the power enterprises in our country have generally strengthened the training and management of their talents. However, compared with the developed countries, the level of human resources management still lags behind. Therefore, this article discusses the measures to improve the level of human resource management in electric power construction enterprises, briefly introduces the importance of human resource management to electric power construction enterprises, and elaborates the existing problems in human resource management in electric power construction enterprises, Put forward to improve the power construction enterprise human resources management measures. Based on the summary of this study, we also put forward the prospect of the future development of power construction enterprises.
