[目的]了解高校大学生的营养知识、态度和行为状况,帮助他们建立合理的膳食结构,掌握常见疾病防治知识。[方法]自行设计大学生营养知识、行为及态度调查问卷,对500名在校学生随机进行了问卷调查,并与其中43人进行交谈。[结果]大学生对营养保健知识的了解程度为好的有0人,2.12%的人了解程度为较好,49.07%的人了解程度为一般,48.81%的人了解程度为差,而且大部分的学生都有熬夜、不吃早饭、吃饭不规律、偏食等不良生活习惯。但大多数学生具有良好的营养态度,迫切想了解合理膳食模式,如何安排食物的种类和数量以及一些生活中常见疾病的预防与治疗手段等。[结论]大学生普遍缺乏营养保健的知识,应采用全校公选课的方式提高他们的营养保健知识教育。
[Objective] To understand the nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of undergraduates in colleges and universities to help them establish a reasonable dietary structure and to master common disease prevention and control knowledge. [Method] The self-designed questionnaire of nutrition knowledge, behavior and attitude of undergraduates was designed. 500 school-age students were randomly surveyed, and 43 of them were interviewed. [Results] There was 0 college students understanding of nutrition and health knowledge, 2.12% were better understood, 49.07% were general, 48.81% were poor, and most of them Students have to stay up all night, do not eat breakfast, eating irregular, partial eclipse and other bad habits. However, most students have a good nutrition attitude, they are eager to know the reasonable diet pattern, how to arrange the type and quantity of food, and some prevention and treatment measures of common diseases in their life. [Conclusion] The undergraduates generally lack the knowledge of nutrition and health care, and the public school elective courses should be adopted to improve their knowledge of nutrition and health education.
