为了解日本血吸虫成虫的酚酶是否以同工酶的形式存在,利用等电聚焦电泳技术,分离日本血吸虫雌、雄虫及雌雄合抱虫的酚酶同工酶。发现有一组酚酶同工酶,对Dopa、邻苯二酚及对甲酚等底物均呈阳性反应,其中以Dopa作废物时所出现的呈色反应最明显。
In order to understand whether the phenolic enzymes of adult Schistosoma japonicum exist in the form of isozymes, the isozymes of Schistosoma japonicum female, male and female and male were isolated by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis.
