目的探讨预案管理在新生儿重度窒息抢救及护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月于徐州矿务集团第二医院出生出现重度窒息的新生儿60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规性抢救与护理措施,观察组在抢救与护理中施予预案管理。比较两组新生儿抢救效果及家属满意度。结果观察组抢救成功率及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抢救前两组新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);抢救后观察组Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿重度窒息抢救与护理中实施预案管理,能改善新生儿Apgar评分,提高抢救成功率,为重度窒息新生儿生命安全提供保障,进而使家属满意度得到有效提升,避免医疗纠纷出现。
Objective To explore the application effect of preplan management in rescue and nursing of severe neonatal asphyxia. Methods Sixty newborns with severe asphyxia who were born in the Second Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group to implement the routine rescue and care measures, the observation group in the rescue and care to give preplan management. Comparison of two groups of newborns salvage effect and family satisfaction. Results The success rate and satisfaction rate of rescue in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups before rescue (P> 0.05). The Apgar score of the observation group after rescue was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of plan management in neonatal severe asphyxia rescue and care can improve neonatal Apgar score, improve the success rate of rescue and provide guarantee for the life safety of neonates with severe asphyxia, so as to effectively improve family satisfaction and avoid medical disputes.
