中國近五十年敎育思想史底研究,是一件很重大很有意義的工作。馮友蘭先生試圖從這一段歷史中就某些問題(即馮先生所說的突出點),寫出自己的『體會』,這樣開始這一問題的研究是值得歡迎的。今天親身經歷過這一段歷史演變的人正還不少,大家是有話可說的。馮先生這種辦法,就容易推動別人,引起討論。我希望馮先生的這篇文章能够成爲研究這一問題的一個引子。馮先生試圖用辯證唯物論與歷史唯物論底方法來分析問題,研究歷史,那更是值得歡迎的事。馮先生提出了三個很重要的問題,即『爲人民服務』、『理論與實際合
The study of the history of education in China for nearly 50 years is a very significant and meaningful one. Mr. Feng Youlan has tried to write his own “experience” on certain issues from this period of history (that is, what Mr Fung said is the salient point). It is therefore welcome to start the research on this issue. There are still many people who have personally experienced this historical evolution today. Everyone can have something to say. Mr. Fung this approach, it is easy to promote others, aroused discussion. I hope Mr. Feng’s essay can be a primer on this issue. It is even more welcome that Mr. Fung tried to analyze the problems and study history with dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Mr. Fung put forward three very important issues: “serving the people”, "combining theory with practice
