众所周知,心理因素对运动技术的掌握和运用、对竞赛水平的发挥和提高都具有重要作用。因此,消除和克服体育运动中的种种心理障碍,形成适宜的心理状态,对体育教学、训练和竞赛都具有重要意义。“怕栏”是初学跨栏者最常见的一种心理现象。由于害怕栏架,不敢跨越,练习者在跨栏时就只注意了自我保护,而忽视了技术动作,其结果势必造成动作的错误,甚至出现伤害,直接影响正常的教学、训练。因此,探索“怕栏”心理产生的原因,寻求克服的方法,是十分必要的。本文选择体院普修课跨栏教学中出现的“怕栏”现象作研究,供参考。一、研究对象和研究方法
As we all know, psychological factors on the mastery and use of sports technology, play an important role in the play and improve the level of competition.
