目的了解热电厂职业危害和作业人员健康现况,探讨职业病危害因素的联合作用,提出进一步完善现行职业卫生标准的建议。方法依据国家职业卫生标准,对工作场所粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温等进行检测和评价。采用职业性健康体检等方法对作业人员的健康状况进行调查研究,探讨各种职业病危害因素对作业人员健康的影响,为用人单位做好职业健康监护提供科学依据。结果工作场所粉尘和毒物浓度均符合国家职业卫生标准要求,噪声强度超标率为60.00%。粉尘作业人员体检,检出原尘肺患者83人,无尘肺O~+103人(原诊断无尘肺O~+94人,新诊断无尘肺O~+9人)。尘肺和无尘肺O~+检出率分别为11.62%和14.43%;噪声作业人员体检,检出感音性听力异常55人,检出率为14.21%。此外,高血压、高血脂和脂肪肝患病率分别为25.02%、20.80%和17.67%,分别占据作业人员常见病、多发病的前三位。结论作业人员整体健康状况不容乐观。低浓度职业病危害因素对生产工人健康的远期影响及多种职业病危害因素对人体的联合作用应引起关注。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and occupational health status of thermal power plants, to explore the combined effects of occupational hazards and to propose further improvement of existing occupational health standards. Methods According to the national occupational health standards, the dust, poison, noise, high temperature in the workplace were detected and evaluated. Occupational health examination and other methods to investigate the health status of workers to explore the impact of various occupational hazards on the health of workers and provide scientific basis for occupational health monitoring. Results The concentrations of dust and poison in the workplace all met the requirements of the national occupational health standards. The rate of exceeding the standard of noise intensity was 60.00%. Dust operations staff examination, the detection of the original 83 patients with pneumoconiosis, pneumoconiosis O ~ + 103 (formerly diagnosed pneumoconiosis O ~ + 94, newly diagnosed pneumoconiosis O ~ +9). The detection rates of O ~ + in pneumoconiosis and pneumoconiosis were 11.62% and 14.43% respectively; 55 were detected by noise workers during physical examination, and the detection rate was 14.21%. In addition, the prevalence rates of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver were 25.02%, 20.80% and 17.67%, respectively, occupying the top three of the common and frequently-occurring diseases of workers. Conclusion The overall health status of workers is not optimistic. Low concentration of occupational hazards on the health of the long-term impact of production workers and a variety of occupational hazards of the joint effects of the human body should cause concern.
