全国安全防范报警系统标准化技术委员会(ＴＣ100)三届三次会议于2000年4月19～21日在北京召开。来自全国各地14个省、市、自治区公安厅局技防办的同志参加了会议。会议由ＴＣ100副主任委员兼秘书长刘希清主持。会议对获全国安全防范报警系统标准化技术委员会1999年度科技进步奖
National Security Alarm System Standardization Technical Committee (TC100) the third three sessions in April 2000 April 19 to 21 held in Beijing. Comrades from the technical prevention and control offices of the Public Security Bureau of 14 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Xiqing, vice chairman and secretary general of TC100.
