：
在鲤鱼饵料中添加不同水平的酵母多糖,研究对其抗氧化功能的影响.试验选取400尾整齐规格、体质量相近、健康的鲤鱼随机分为4组,每组包含10个重复,每个重复10尾鲤鱼.对照组鲤鱼饲喂基础饵料,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组鲤鱼分别饲喂含有0.5 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、1.5 g/kg的酵母多糖的基础饵料,预试验7天,正式试验30天.试验结束测定鲤鱼机体的抗氧化功能指标.结果表明:试验2组和试验3组鲤鱼血清中的总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组,分别比对照组提高了32.70％、39.34％(P0.05).试验2组和

2021年7月在江西新余和余江两个黄鳝养殖试验点开展饲料替代试验,根据不同养殖户养殖习惯和养殖模式(两年段养殖和一年段养殖),分别设置新余0％(全幼杂鱼)组、50％饲料替代组、100％饲料替代组;余江30％饲料替代组、50％饲料替代组、70％饲料替代组.结果显示,50％替代组生长要优于更高比例的饲料替代组(70％或100％),而全鱼组、30％组、50％组之间生长没有明显差异;结合养殖户实践经验,50％饲料替代养殖稳定,技术成熟,可进行广泛示范推广.
