经GC检测,切花菊‘黄天寿’衰老期仅有极微量乙烯(ETH)产生,但乙烯前体1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)及乙烯利(ETP)均可诱导其花、叶释放乙烯,并缩短瓶插寿命。瓶插期动态测定表明,ETP可促进叶绿素、可溶性糖及蛋白质的降解,并可被硫代硫酸银(STS)拮抗,STS单独处理与对照无显著差异。结果间接证实,切花菊为ACC欠缺导致乙烯生成障碍的乙烯不敏感类型,但也对外源乙烯产生响应。
The result of GC showed that there was only a trace amount of ethylene (ETH) in cut chrysanthemum ’Huangtianshou’ at senescence stage, but both ethylene and ETP could induce its flower , Leaves release ethylene, and shorten vase life. The results of vase insert dynamic test showed that ETP could promote the degradation of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and protein, and could be antagonized by silver thiosulfate (STS). There was no significant difference between STS treatment and control. The results indirectly confirmed that cut chrysanthemum is ACC lacking the ethylene-insensitive type that results in an impairment of ethylene production but also responds to exogenous ethylene.
