基于交叉耦合、预见控制设计出双轴进给伺服系统,并给出仿真评价。证明对普通机床引入交叉耦合、预见控制之后,系统在不改变单轴跟踪精度的情况下,提高了轮廓跟踪精度。
Based on the cross-coupling and predictive control, a dual-axis feed servo system is designed and the simulation evaluation is given. It proves that after the cross-coupling is introduced into the common machine tool, the system can improve the accuracy of contour tracking without changing the tracking accuracy.
