从保加利亚高冷土原矿中提取和生产涂布级高岭土的实验室及工业性试验业已完成,这种高岭土产品将用于造纸工业。已发现通过DC-1000圆盘式分级机可加工出具有涂布级性能的高岭土——-2μm粒级的含量达到80％。已研究了悬浮液中原始固体的含量对高岭土颗粒沉降的影响。研究发现有可能生产出具有高固含量的涂布级高岭土悬浮液。根据本次研究结果及保加利亚高岭土的特性,涂布级高岭土的生产加工技术在保加利亚有了新的发展。
Laboratory and industrial tests have been completed for the extraction and production of coated grades of kaolin from high-grade ores in Bulgaria, which will be used in the paper industry. It has been found that kaolins with coating grade properties can be processed by the DC-1000 disc classifier to a level of 2% of the particles up to 80%. The effect of the initial solids content in suspension on the settling of kaolin particles has been studied. The study found that it is possible to produce coating-grade kaolin suspensions with high solids content. According to the results of this study and the characteristics of Bulgarian kaolin, the production technology of coating grade kaolin has been developed in Bulgaria.
