就目前的医院经济管理模式来看,尚存在不少问题,为了降低医院的运营成本,增加医院的经济效益,就需要从成本核算方面入手来管理医院的经济工作。笔者在此主要叙述了医院在进行经济管理过程中存在的问题,提出了加强医院成本核算的主要手段,分别从建立制度和具体实施监督等方面进行具体分析,提出调动医务人员积极性和主动性的方法,让他们自觉参与医院管理,从根本上努力提高医院的经济效益。
