目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(H IF-1α)的表达与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度(MVD)的相关性及三者在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌侵袭转移间的相互关系。方法对48例手术切除后的胃癌标本进行连续切片和H IF-1α、VEGF蛋白的免疫组织化学检测,用CD34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞并计数MVD。结果在48例胃癌组织中,H IF-1α阳性表达32例(66.7%),VEGF阳性表达29例(60.4%),胃癌组织的MVD值为(42.5±14.7),均与正常胃黏膜组差异有统计学意义。H IF-1α的表达与VEGF的表达、MVD值呈正相关。H IF-1α、VEGF表达及MVD均值与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有显著相关性。结论H IF-1α、VEGF在胃癌组织中高表达,MVD值高于正常胃黏膜。H IF-1α的表达与VEGF的表达、MVD值呈正相关。且均与与胃癌的侵袭转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) and the correlation between the expression of HIF-1α in gastric carcinoma and the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods 48 cases of gastric cancer specimens after surgical resection and H IF-1α, VEGF protein immunohistochemistry, CD34 monoclonal antibody labeled vascular endothelial cells and count MVD. Results In 48 cases of gastric carcinoma, the positive expression of HIF-1α was 32 cases (66.7%), the positive expression of VEGF was 29 cases (60.4%) and the MVD of gastric carcinoma was (42.5 ± 14.7) There is statistical significance. HIF-1α expression and VEGF expression, MVD was positively correlated. HIF-1α, VEGF expression and MVD mean and tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging have a significant correlation. Conclusions HIF-1α and VEGF are highly expressed in gastric carcinoma with higher MVD than normal gastric mucosa. HIF-1α expression and VEGF expression, MVD was positively correlated. And are closely related with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
