目的:探讨牙周炎患者牙龈组织中细胞凋亡和Bcl-2表达及其临床意义。方法:应用脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(TUNEL染色)和免疫组织化学方法检测100例牙周炎患者牙龈组织中和100例健康牙龈中细胞凋亡情况和Bcl-2表达。结果:牙周炎组的凋亡细胞计数明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而Bcl-2阳性表达率则明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,牙周炎患者牙周袋深度(PD)与牙龈组织中凋亡细胞计数呈显著正相关(r=0.618,P<0.01),而PD与牙龈组织中Bcl-2的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.597,P<0.01)。结论:细胞凋亡参与了牙周炎病变的发生发展过程,而Bcl-2表达与牙龈组织中细胞凋亡调控有关,并随牙周袋深度加深呈下降趋势。
Objective: To investigate the apoptosis and expression of Bcl-2 in gingival tissues of patients with periodontitis and its clinical significance. Methods: Apoptosis and expression of Bcl-2 in 100 gingival tissues and 100 healthy gingival tissues from 100 patients with periodontitis were detected by TUNEL and TUNEL. 2 expression. Results: The number of apoptotic cells in periodontitis group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), while the positive rate of Bcl-2 expression in periodontitis group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Apoptosis is involved in the pathogenesis of periodontitis. Bcl-2 expression is related to the regulation of apoptosis in gingival tissues and decreases with the depth of periodontal pockets.
