为了能在任意曲线(包括空间曲线的平面展开线)轮廓上切割变角度焊接坡口面,提出了可挖切割嘴姿态角的钢板火焰切割机数控系统。系统由输入介质、数控装置和伺服系统等组成,与变角度焊接坡口面切割浆里配套,X、Y轴控制切割嘴的运动轨迹,α、ω轴控制切割嘴的姿态角。详细阐述了系统总体设计的全过程、数控系统硬件的组成、各硬件的性能及作用、整个数控系统的功能和具有该数控系统的钢板火焰切割机的应用前景。
In order to cut the variable angle weld bevel surface on the contour of any curve (including the plane development line of space curve), a numerical control system of steel plate flame cutting machine that can dig the attitude angle of cutting tip was proposed. The system is composed of input medium, numerical control device and servo system. It is matched with the variable angle welding bevel face cutting slurry. The X and Y axes control the movement path of the cutting nozzle. The α and ω axes control the attitude angle of the cutting nozzle. The whole process of the overall system design, the composition of the hardware of the CNC system, the performance and function of each hardware, the function of the whole CNC system and the application prospect of the steel plate flame cutting machine with this CNC system are expounded in detail.
