上海市严重临床异常病例/事件监测项目实施阶段性分析

目的了解严重临床异常病例/事件监测系统半年运行情况,提出系统改进建议,促进系统不断完善。方法三家试点医院采用不同的数据采集和上传方式,实现严重临床异常病例/事件监测。通过监测系统,采集2014年1-6月间医院电子病历中满足条件的病例信息,形成监测数据库,对数据进行分析,实现早期发现和预警。结果系统运行半年,共采集监测病例116例,其中肺炎症候群病例73条,13条为发热伴出疹,30条为异常病例,经核实无严重临床异常病例/事件。结论严重临床异常病例/事件监测系统运行顺利,为提高新发、不明原因疾病发现能力提供了公共卫生保障。 Objective To understand the operation of serious clinical abnormal case / event monitoring system for six months, propose system improvement suggestions and promote continuous improvement of the system. Methods Three pilot hospitals adopted different data collection and upload methods to realize the monitoring of serious clinical abnormalities / events. Through the monitoring system, we collected case information from January to June 2014 in the hospital’s electronic medical record to form a monitoring database, analyzed the data and achieved early detection and early warning. Results The system was operated for six months. A total of 116 surveillance cases were collected, of which 73 were pneumonia syndromes, 13 were fever and rash, and 30 were abnormal. No serious clinical abnormalities / events were confirmed. Conclusion The serious clinical abnormal event / event monitoring system runs smoothly and provides public health protection for improving the ability of discovering new and unexplained diseases.
