单晶铝线材除了具有健全的内部质量外,还具有非常优异的塑性加工性能.本文通过用自制的水平式单晶连铸设备制造出直径为8mm的纯铝金属单晶线材,对其进行实时动态拉伸试验和扫描电镜断口分析.结果表明:单晶连铸铝线材在变形量小于395%时,其塑性变形具有明显的单系滑移特征,当变形量大于395%时,才出现多系滑移特征.其断口分析表明:单晶材料为延性断口;而多晶材料的断口为典型的混合断口,除有少量的韧窝外,还有不少显微孔洞、二次裂纹
In addition to a single crystal aluminum wire with a sound internal quality, but also has a very good plastic processing performance. In this paper, a pure aluminum single crystal wire with a diameter of 8mm was fabricated by a homemade horizontal monocrystalline continuous casting equipment. The dynamic tensile test and scanning electron microscope fracture analysis were carried out. The results show that the plastic deformation of single crystal continuous casting aluminum wire has obvious single slip characteristics when the deformation amount is less than 395%. When the deformation amount is more than 395%, multisliding slip characteristic appears. The fracture analysis shows that the monocrystalline material is ductile fracture, while the fracture of polycrystalline material is a typical mixed fracture. In addition to a small number of dimples, there are many microscopic pores, secondary cracks
