目的:对我国15个省区产的中药马钱子商品及炮制品中的士的宁和马钱子碱进行含量测定。方法:应用反相高效液相色语法。结果:发现部分省市的生马钱子商品的士的宁含量偏高,个别炮制品的士的宁含量也超过了国家药典规定的标准。结论:因士的宁为剧毒成分,应引起足够的重视。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of strychnine and strychnine in the traditional Chinese medicine Strychnos nucifera produced in 15 provinces and regions in China. Method: Application of RP-HPLC color syntax. RESULTS: It was found that the Ningqianzi commercial taxis in some provinces and municipalities had high Ning content, and the individual artillery products had higher Ning content than the national Pharmacopoeia standards. Conclusion: Because strychnine is a highly toxic ingredient, it should attract sufficient attention.
