In recent years, due to the extensive development of chemotherapy, it is not uncommon to find that the anticancer drugs are more toxic to the nervous system and more likely to occur when combined with chemotherapy, which deserves our attention. Anti-cancer drugs that cause neurotoxic effects include vinblastine (VLB), vincristine (VCR), 5-fluorouracil (5FU), procarbazine hydrochloride (Natulan), levo- Amidase, methotrexate, doxorubicin, Pyrimethamine, mechlorethamine and Orthoparaprime, and the like. The anti-cancer drugs can cause the central nervous system, peripheral nerve and autonomic nervous system, organic or functional damage, symptoms often relieve or disappear after discontinuation, but also sustainable.
