利用有限元法对枢轴宝石轴承的接触应力进行对比分析 ,完成了结构参数的优选设计 ,通过高速摩擦磨损机试验验证其在高速下的有效性。研究表明 ,与球头半径小于球窝半径的传统型枢轴宝石轴承相比 ,新型双弧面球头结构不仅可大幅度降低接触应力 ,减小 pv值 ,同时可克服高速运行时带来的二次磨料磨损问题 ;随着双弧面中心半径从小至大的变化 ,接触应力呈现出由小至大 ,再由大至小的变化过程 ;球头双弧面相交圆直径增大 ,球头的接触应力呈下降变化趋势。
