目前跑道关闭指示装置是机场地面主要设备之一,其可靠性要求比较高。由于指示装置长期处于风力载荷的作用下,因此它首先应能承受当地典型风力的作用,通过对结构的受力分析,得出该结构能否承受风力载荷的作用。文中利用SolidWorks软件建立结构模型,采用SolidWorks自带的插件CosmosWorks对其进行受力分析,得到指示装置最大变形和最大应力。据此可对结构进行强度校核、结构改进及优化设计。
The current runway closure indicator device is one of the major equipment on the ground of the airport, and its reliability requirements are relatively high. Because the indicator device is under the effect of wind load for a long time, it should bear the role of typical wind force in the first place. Through the analysis of the force of the structure, it can be concluded that the structure can withstand the wind load. In this paper, the use of SolidWorks software to establish the structural model, using SolidWorks plug-in CosmosWorks its force analysis, indicating the maximum deformation device and the maximum stress. Based on this, the structure can be checked for strength, structural improvement and optimum design.
