目的:探讨潜在牙周炎患者下颌智齿拔除术后促进邻牙远中牙槽骨再生的有效方法。方法:选择双侧行下颌智齿拔除术患者90例,按入院顺序分为研究组46例、对照组44例。下颌智齿拔除后,研究组于牙窝内放置口腔组织补片和骨粉后缝合,对照组则直接缝合。比较两组邻牙远中牙槽骨高度和牙周袋深度、并发症发生情况及手术后症状严重程度。结果:研究组术后干槽症、牙关紧闭症、脸颊肿胀、术后30 min出血均显著少于对照组(P<0.05),术后1、3、7、14 d术后症状严重度评定量表(Po SSe)评分均显著低于对照组,邻牙远中牙槽骨高度显著高于对照组,牙周袋深度显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:潜在牙周炎患者行下颌智齿拔除术后,牙窝内填充口腔组织补片和骨粉有助于促进邻牙远中牙槽骨再生。
Objective: To explore the effective method of promoting the regeneration of the adjacent alveolar bone in patients with potential periodontitis after mandibular wisdom tooth extraction. Methods: Ninety patients with bilateral maxillary wisdom teeth extraction were selected and divided into study group (46 cases) and control group (44 cases). After removal of mandibular wisdom teeth, the study group placed oral tissue and bone powder in the tooth socket sutured, the control group was directly sutured. The height of alveolar bone and depth of periodontal pocket in two adjacent groups of adjacent teeth were compared. The incidence of complications and the severity of symptoms after operation were compared. Results: The postoperative dry socket, occlusion of the mouth and swollen cheeks of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the severity of postoperative symptoms The PoSSe score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The height of the alveolar bone in the distal odontoid tooth was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the depth of the periodontal pocket was significantly lower than that of the control group (all P <0.05). CONCLUSION: After implantation of mandibular wisdom teeth in patients with potential periodontitis, oral cavity tissue filling and bone meal filling can promote the regeneration of distal alveolar bone.
