无环流可逆调速系统中,两组整流装置不能立即进行切换,必须在转矩换向信号和零电流检测信号的指令发出后,还需经过“关断延时”τ_1才关断原导通组的脉冲,再经过“导通延时”τ_2再发送另一组的触发脉冲,因此存在电动机切换死区。另外,在切换制动过程和启动过程中,由于存在一定的调节时间τ_3,从而使切换死区加大至τ=τ_1+τ_2+τ_3(大于10ms)。为了改善切换调节特性,缩小切换死区τ,只有以减少调节时间τ_3来实现。这里通过对电机最优过渡过程曲线分析来说明τ_3的组成及改善途径。
