Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in pathophysiological processes such as organ, cell development and tumorigenesis. It consists of 3 parts of Notch receptor, Notch ligand and CSLDNA binding protein. Notch signaling pathway not only plays an important role in maintaining the normal hematopoietic function of the body, but also relates to the occurrence of some leukemias. The relationship between Notch signaling pathways and malignant tumors was firstly found in human T-lymphoblastic leukemia. The study of Notch signaling pathway has gained a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of some leukemias and therefore provided a basis for the prevention and treatment of leukemia A new target
