本文以贵溪冶炼厂七年的生产实践为依据,介绍高富氧率、高品位冰铜、高投料量冶炼生产降低电炉渣含铜的有效途径和方法。并着重讨论“闪速炉添加焦粉”、“贫化电炉扩容改造”、“炉渣贫化管理”三项技术措施产生积极作用的理论依据,进而指出抑制磁性Fe_3O_4过量生成是降低电炉渣含铜的关键;保证炉渣充分沉清分离是实现降低值含铜的基础。
Based on the production practice of Guixi Smelter for seven years, this paper introduces the effective ways and methods of reducing the copper content in EAF by high-oxygen rate, high-grade matte and high-volume smelting. The theoretical basis for the positive effects of the three technical measures of “flash coke addition coke powder”, “expansion of depleted electric furnace expansion” and “slag depletion management” is also discussed. Furthermore, it is pointed out that suppression of overproduction of magnetic Fe 3 O 4 is to reduce the content of copper The key; to ensure full separation of slag is to achieve the purpose of lowering the value of copper.
