采用光学显微镜、图象分析和扫描电镜等多种手段,研究了攀钢含钛高炉渣经选择性析出处理后的改性渣中钛的赋存状态、矿物组成及结构,计算了钛在各矿物相中的分布,测定了原料中铁矿物的解离度,为钛的综合利用提供了科学依据。研究结果表明,通过改性处理后,炉渣中大部分钛富集于钙钛矿相中,钙钛矿晶体可以选择性析出并长大,进而采用选矿方法将其分离出来,为综合利用创造条件。探讨了采用重选分离和浮选分离的可能性。
The microstructure, composition and structure of titanium in modified slag after selective precipitation treatment were investigated by means of optical microscope, image analysis and scanning electron microscope. Mineral phase distribution, determination of iron ore minerals in the dissociation of the degree for the comprehensive utilization of titanium provides a scientific basis. The results show that after modification, most of the titanium in the slag is enriched in the perovskite phase. The perovskite crystals can be selectively precipitated and grown up, and then the beneficiation method can be used to separate them to create the conditions for comprehensive utilization . The possibility of separation by separation and flotation was explored.
