用示差扫描量热法(DSC)考察了PA6、PA6/EPT体系的非等温结晶过程。用3种理论方法(改进Avrami法、Ozawa法及Avrami与Ozawa结合的方法)研究、分析PA6、PA6/EPT体系的非等温结晶动力学参数,结果表明:EPT的掺入改变了PA6的结晶成核和生长机理,Avrami与Ozawa结合的方法能较好地描述体系的非等温过程,从而为PA6/EPT体系的应用提供一定的理论依据。
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to investigate the non-isothermal crystallization process of PA6 and PA6 / EPT systems. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetic parameters of PA6 and PA6 / EPT systems were studied by three theoretical methods (Avrami method, Ozawa method and Avrami method combined with Ozawa method). The results showed that the incorporation of EPT changed the crystallization of PA6 Nuclear and growth mechanism, the combination of Avrami and Ozawa can well describe the non-isothermal process of the system and provide a theoretical basis for the application of PA6 / EPT system.
