合肥地铁1号线试验段终点-云谷路站浅埋暗挖区间穿越膨胀土地层,因膨胀土具有胀缩性、裂隙性等不良工程特性会对施工造成一定影响,选取合适的施工工法及开挖进尺能有效降低其影响。通过调研分析得出小跨度膨胀土隧道常采用台阶法、先拱后墙法、全断面法等施工。基于渗流场-附加膨胀应力场耦合数值模拟方法,考虑地表降雨对隧道施工的影响,考虑结构安全性与经济性,通过数值计算与现场实测对比分析,得出台阶法最适合合肥地铁单线隧道施工,并建议开挖进尺小于等于1.5 m。为小跨度膨胀土浅埋暗挖隧道施工工法的选择提供了参考,具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the coupled numerical simulation of seepage field and additional expansion stress field, considering the effect of surface rainfall on tunnel construction, considering the structural safety and economy, through the comparison between numerical calculation and field measurement, it is concluded that the step method is the most suitable for single-lane tunnel construction in Hefei Metro , And suggested that the excavation footage should be less than or equal to 1.5 m. It provides a reference for the selection of construction method of shallow-bored tunnel with shallow span expansive soil, which is of guiding significance.
