糖尿病性神经病为发生率很高的糖尿病并发症。微血管病变与长期高血糖所致的异常代谢产物可引起神经结构和功能受损 ,免疫机制、神经营养因子及轴突转运在该病发生发展中的作用也日益受到重视。电生理检测对糖尿病性神经病的诊断及动态观察神经功能的恢复情况都有重要意义。糖尿病性神经病一旦出现症状 ,疗效欠佳 ,应以预防和早期治疗为主。
Diabetic neuropathy is a high incidence of diabetic complications.
