为了控制小眼书虱对烟草及其他仓储物的危害,利用不同剂量的电子束对不同虫态的小眼书虱进行辐照处理,研究了其辐照效应。结果表明,小眼书虱的卵、若虫、成虫对电子束辐照的敏感性依次降低;100Gy剂量辐照处理的小眼书虱卵不能孵化;成虫和若虫经辐照后21天的半致死剂量LD50分别为179.1Gy和130.9Gy;300 Gy剂量辐照处理的小眼书虱成虫和若虫分别在63天和49天内全部死亡,并且导致成虫不能产生下一代成虫。因此,300Gy的剂量可以作为电子束辐照防治小眼书虱的参考剂量。
In order to control the harm of small lice on tobacco and other storage materials, different doses of electron beam were used to irradiate different larvae of louse lice to study their irradiation effects. The results showed that the sensitivities of eggs, nymphs and adults of Euphausia larvae to electron beam irradiation were reduced in turn. The eggs of Euphausia larvae treated with 100Gy dose could not hatch. The adults and nymphs were semi-lethal after 21 days of irradiation The LD50 were 179.1Gy and 130.9Gy, respectively. The adult and nymphs of Bemisia tabaci irradiated by 300 Gy all died within 63 days and 49 days, respectively, and the adults could not produce the next generation of adults. Therefore, a dose of 300 Gy can be used as a reference dose for electron beam irradiation prevention and control of small eye lice.
