建筑行业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱,相关部门必须采取有效措施切实推动建筑行业健康持续发展,其中建筑工程造价控制发挥着重要的作用,而成本管理是造价控制的重要手段,并且工程造价预结算是成本管理的关键环节,基于此在建筑工程项目开展过程中,工作人员应采取有效措施协调二者之间的关系,为建筑施工成本管理提供科学的依据,进而确保建筑工程项目顺利开展。基于上述背景,本文简要概述了建筑工程造价预结算主要内容,并探讨了建筑工程造价预结算在施工成本管理中的作用和协调策略,以期能确保建筑工程获取良好的经济效益。
The construction industry is an important pillar for the development of our national economy. Relevant departments must take effective measures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry. Construction cost control plays an important role, and cost management is an important means of cost control. Settlement is a key part of cost management. Based on this, during the process of construction project, staff should take effective measures to coordinate the relationship between them and provide a scientific basis for construction cost management so as to ensure the smooth progress of construction project. Based on the above background, this paper briefly summarizes the main contents of pre-settlement of construction cost and discusses the role and coordination strategy of pre-settlement of construction cost in construction cost management, in order to ensure the construction project to obtain good economic benefits.
