用卵白素生物素复合物法(avidinbiotincomplexmethod,ABC)观察了小白蛋白阳性细胞在大鼠红核内的分布状态.小白蛋白阳性细胞在红核内分布按部位有一定的差异,如吻侧小白蛋白阳性细胞所占比例最多,约占细胞总数的92%,中间吻侧和中间尾侧分别占细胞总数的88%和71%,尾侧则相对较少,约占73%.根据细胞的大小及微细结构的特点,红核的细胞可分为大、中、小3种细胞.中、小细胞多数为小白蛋白阳性细胞,散在性地分布在红核的全区,而大细胞主要分布于尾侧,小白蛋白阳性细胞相对较少.
The distribution of small albumin positive cells in rat red nucleus was observed by avidin-biotin complex method (ABC). Small albumin positive cells in the distribution of red nucleus have some differences according to the site, such as the kiss side of the albumin positive cells accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for 92% of the total number of cells, the middle kiss side and the middle of the tail, respectively, the total number of cells 88% and 71%, the tail is relatively less, accounting for 73%. According to the size of the cells and the characteristics of the fine structure, the cells of the red nucleus can be divided into large, medium and small three kinds of cells. The majority of small and medium cells were small albumin positive cells scattered throughout the whole area of the red nucleus, whereas the large ones were mainly located in the caudal side with relatively few small albumin positive cells.
