膜盒特性自动测试系统是在数字化的基础上发展起来的。与膜盒特性有关的两个主要参数是真空压力和位移。本系统可以自动地采集在一定气压条件下膜盒的位移数据,从而获得膜盒的压力一位移特性曲线,并计算出与膜盒产品质量有关的各项性能指标。测量压力的设备是数字式振筒压力计,测量位移的设备是数字式光栅位移测量仪。本系统采用国产DJS-051B微型计算机,通过接口和上述外围设备及光电输入机、打印机、纸带穿孔机等外部设备相联,构成自动测试系统。系统框图
Diaphragm characteristics of automatic test system is based on the digital developed. The two main parameters related to the properties of the capsule are the vacuum pressure and displacement. The system can automatically collect the displacement data of the capsule under a certain pressure condition to obtain the pressure-displacement characteristic curve of the capsule and calculate the performance indexes related to the quality of the capsule. The device to measure pressure is a digital vibrator pressure gauge and the device to measure displacement is a digital grating displacement meter. The system uses domestic DJS-051B microcomputer, through the interface and the peripheral devices and optical input machines, printers, paper tape piercing machines and other external devices linked to form an automatic test system.
