目的:探讨胃肠外科肠造口护理临床教学运用以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)的应用效果。方法:将60名胃肠外科实习护士随机分为实验组和对照组(每组30名),通过两组护生在理论、实践成绩和教学满意度的差异对运用PBL教学法进行教学和传统教学方法教学的比较。结果:所有实习护士都顺利完成在胃肠外科实习。实验组护生的理论、实践成绩以及对教学的满意度均高于对照组。其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PBL教学法能显著提高胃肠外科肠造口护理带教质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) in the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery for enterostomy. Methods: Sixty gastrointestinal surgical intern nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (30 in each group). The differences of theoretical, practical and teaching satisfaction between the two groups of nursing students on teaching and tradition using PBL teaching method Comparison of Teaching Methods Teaching. RESULTS: All intern nurses successfully completed their internship in gastrointestinal surgery. The experimental group nursing students theory, practice scores and satisfaction with teaching are higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The PBL teaching method can significantly improve the teaching quality of gastrointestinal surgery.
