2015年10月21日,中国石油辽河油田公司欢喜岭采油厂正式取消了建厂以来持续37年的井下小修作业零点班施工,同时推行劳动竞赛和标准井考核机制,进一步刺激作业提质提效。运行一年多以来,在每天减少22个施工班次的情况下,作业工作量不降反升,作业质量有效提升,同期一次完井总数比上年增加60井次,作业工人均收入显著增加,一线的生产积极性和主动性被充分调动。2016年无效作业工作量在上年基础上降低0.42个百分点,节约成本可达300余万元。

First-line production enthusiasm and initiative are fully mobilized. In 2016, the workload of invalid work decreased by 0.42 percentage points on the basis of the previous year, saving the cost up to 3 million yuan.
