目的:观察聚肌胞和利多卡因联合5氟尿嘧啶治疗官兵寻常疣及跖疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择官兵多发性寻常疣和跖疣210例,分为观察组112例和对照组98例。观察组采用聚肌胞和利多卡因疣体内注射联合5氟尿嘧啶外用的方法治疗;对照组采用常规电灼法治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效和复发情况。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组痊愈76例,显效20例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率85.7%;对照组痊愈30例,显效29例,有效11例,无效28例,总有效率60.2%;观察组总有效率非常显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗5个月后,观察组复发6例,占6.3%;对照组为18例,占30.5%;观察组复发率非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组在治疗过程中均无一例发生显著不良反应。结论:聚肌胞和利多卡因疣体内注射联合5氟尿嘧啶外用治疗官兵寻常疣及跖疣,疗效好,复发率低,且安全。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of polychaetes and lidocaine combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of common wart and plantar warts in officers and soldiers. Methods: A total of 210 cases of multiple warts and plantar warts were selected from officers and soldiers. They were divided into observation group (112 cases) and control group (98 cases). The observation group was treated with poly-inoculation and lidocaine wart in combination with 5-Fluorouracil in external application. The control group was treated by conventional electrocautery. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: After 2 months of treatment, 76 cases were cured in the observation group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 85.7%. In the control group, 30 cases were cured, 29 cases markedly effective, 11 effective and 28 ineffective, The total effective rate was 60.2%. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). After 5 months of treatment, the observation group recurred in 6 cases (6.3%), the control group (18 cases), accounting for 30.5%. The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). None of the two groups experienced significant adverse reactions during the course of treatment. Conclusion: Polymyosine and lidocaine wart injected in combination with 5-Fluorouracil for the treatment of common wart and plantar warts in men and women, with good curative effect, low recurrence rate and safety.
