当工业锅炉水中的硅含量超出一定标准时,锅炉内容易结硅酸盐垢。所以在日常运行中对锅炉水中硅含量要定时检测。因锅炉水中加入磷酸三钠进行防垢处理,磷酸盐的存在干扰二氧化硅的测定,目前采用的氢氟酸转化法测定锅炉水中的二氧化硅通常会得到偏高的结果,笔者经过总结经验,改进了原有的分析方法,消除磷酸盐对测定二氧化硅的影响,提高了分析结果的准确性。1试验部分1.1仪器与试剂751型分光光度计;聚乙烯塑料瓶200ml,比色皿3cm。10μg/ml的SiO_2工作液;4%硼酸溶液;1+84氢氟酸溶液;1+1盐酸溶液;10%钼酸铵溶液;10%草酸
