本文介绍了作者对中高压无油压缩机自紧式平面密封环的平面接触面间气体压力分布的研究成果,通过对密封表面微凸体在塑性接触时压紧变形情况的分析,提出了流动间隙的计算公式,进而推导出接触面间气体压力沿流动方向分布的计算公式。塑料环和铜环的空气泄漏实验表明,压力分布的计算结果同实验结果相当吻合,且压力分布呈现出压力降集中于泄漏出口的一小段距离内。
This paper introduces the research results of the gas pressure distribution between the plane contact surfaces of self-tightening flat seal rings of medium and high pressure oil-free compressors. Based on the analysis of the compression and deformation of the seal surface asperities during plastic contact, Gap calculation formula, and then deduced the gas pressure distribution between the contact surface along the flow direction of the formula. The air leakage experiments on the plastic ring and the copper ring show that the pressure distribution is in good agreement with the experimental results and the pressure distribution is concentrated within a short distance from the leakage outlet.
