本文立足于企业,以健全人力资本投资制度为出发点,以提高人力资本投资收益为落脚点,借助解释结构模型(ISM)的相关原理和方法,从影响企业人力资本投资收益的因素出发,运用ISM模型对这些影响因素进行系统化处理,最终得到影响企业人力资本投资收益各因素之间的层次结构关系,从而为企业提高人力资本投资收益提供一个系统完整的参考框架,同时也为企业进行人力资本投资提供基本依据。
Based on the enterprise, this paper takes the sound human capital investment system as the starting point, and raises the investment income of human capital as the end result. With the help of the principles and methods of the ISM, the company uses the ISM from the factors affecting the human capital investment income of the company. The model systematically deals with these influencing factors, and finally obtains the hierarchical structure relationship between various factors affecting the human capital investment return of the enterprise, thus providing a systematic and complete reference framework for the enterprise to increase the human capital investment return, and also for the enterprise to carry out human capital. Investment provides the basic basis.
