以香菇66#、236#和808#菌株为试材,采用统计分析及荧光显微镜观察等方法,将富钙和无钙培养基与对照培养基对比,分析了钙离子对香菇菌丝生长速度、菌丝尖端分支和菌丝生物量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,香菇菌丝在富钙和无钙平板培养基中满板时间分别减少或增加1d。显微观察发现富钙培养基生长的菌丝尖端长势旺盛,分枝减少;无钙培养基生长的菌丝尖端长势较弱,分枝增多。生物量统计表明,钙离子对香菇菌丝生物积累具有促进作用,且在不同香菇品种中钙离子对香菇菌丝生长的影响趋势相同。
Using the mushroom strains 66 #, 236 # and 808 # as materials, statistical analysis and fluorescence microscopy were used to compare the calcium-rich and calcium-free medium with the control medium. Biomass statistics showed that Ca2 + promoted the mycelium bioaccumulation of Lentinula edodes, and the effect of Ca2 + on the mycelium growth of Lentinula edodes was the same in different Lentinula edodes varieties.
