虽然高中研究性学习课程在一些省区已经进入了高考,但是这并不能保证这门课程在普通高中能有效开设,因为考试并不是衡量研究性学习开设效果的有效手段。我们的当务之急是建立一套运作机制来保证它的实施:在宏观层面制定适当的政策与督导措施;各区、县教育主管部门应该转变对学校的指导方式;学校应该开发一套保证研究性学习正常开设的微观运作机制;在教育研究层面注重关注那些在常态环境下能够有效地开设这门课程的学校的家常经验;高考中适当体现研究性学习的题目。
