凡是到武陵源游览过的人,回去时,总要设法吃一餐这里的土家豆渣。因为它是景区的具有地方特色的美食之一。旅游的惬意和满足,常常与当地名点小吃有关。1991年初春的一天,春风带着浓浓的寒意。我与文友去武当山旅游,经过一天多的汽车颠簸,正当饥肠辘辘时,来到河南与湖北交界处的老河口,忽见一小镇上有卖砂锅羊肉汤的,急忙下车奔汤而去。只见一口大锅香气缭绕,汤上面浮着一层通红的辣椒,杂以嫩绿的香菜、葱花,激起我们的食欲,我们坐下,忙叫店家盛上几碗外加一壶二锅头。其香、其鲜,让人未食先醉。一碗喝下,只觉胃里暖烘烘
