Editing Comrades: At present, in some units, the practice of retiring from old age to old age (or illness) and going to work on the top of the class for children has been a good thing. It shows that the party and the state care for and care for the elderly. However, the implementation of this system at the troupe brings with it some other problems. Due to the professionalism of the troupe’s work, the children in the top class generally do not adapt to this work. As a result, they are older, have lower back and legs, can not practice their skills, and have no voice. The theater lack of actors, but also to find another addition, this way, the theater staff increased a lot. Therefore, it is suggested that relevant departments should reform the top-shift system for some special technical units with strong technical skills, such as the troupe. Those who have professional qualifications may work in this unit and may not be able to arrange for them in other units. I think this is good for the country and for the individual.
