高校新生如何提升心理健康品质,怎样才能有效地化解在学习、生活和社交活动中遇到的实际问题以及在思想上和心理上的困惑。本文从“把握心理健康特征,挖掘身心内在潜能;培养良好心理素质,形成正确的自我观念;运用心理调适方法,走出不健康心理误区;拓宽心理求助渠道,积极寻求心理帮助”四个层面进行有益探索,帮助学生了解心理健康基本知识,树立良好的心理健康意识,优化个性心理品质,增强心理调适能力和社会生活适应能力,促进学生健康成长和全面发展。
