目的探讨J波发生的可能机制。方法根据1996年严干新教授经冠脉灌注的犬心肌组织块电生理模型同步记录的跨心室壁内、中、外3层心肌细胞跨膜动作电位和跨壁心电图,结合心肌细胞离子通道生理特征进行综合分析。结果J波形成与相应离子通道的改变、温度及心肌细胞内、中、外膜除极顺序密切相关。结论任何因素致心肌外膜动作电位1期与2期之间阳离子外流绝对或相对增加均可在心电图上出现J波。
Objective To explore the possible mechanism of J wave.
