马叙伦,我国近代著名教育、语言文字学家。他追随孙中山先生革命,是老同盟会会员。辛亥革命后曾任北京大学教授。1916年袁世凯称帝,马叙伦勃然拍案离职而去。后来积极参加抗日,1949年出席全国政协第一届全体会议,后历任高教部长等要职。殊不知他还是一位美食家,他所创制的“三白汤”在二三十年代曾风行一时。“三白汤”是以白菜、笋、豆腐三种色白的菜料配以雪里蕻制成的。这道汤富有山林野 Ma Xulun, China’s modern well-known education, language and linguist.
