马叙伦,我国近代著名教育、语言文字学家。他追随孙中山先生革命,是老同盟会会员。辛亥革命后曾任北京大学教授。1916年袁世凯称帝,马叙伦勃然拍案离职而去。后来积极参加抗日,1949年出席全国政协第一届全体会议,后历任高教部长等要职。殊不知他还是一位美食家,他所创制的“三白汤”在二三十年代曾风行一时。“三白汤”是以白菜、笋、豆腐三种色白的菜料配以雪里蕻制成的。这道汤富有山林野
Ma Xulun, China’s modern well-known education, language and linguist. He follows the revolution of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and is a member of the old Allies. After the Revolution of 1911 he served as Professor of Peking University. Yuan Shikai proclaimed Emperor in 1916, Ma Xulun ambushed the case and left. Later, he actively participated in the anti-Japanese war. In 1949, he attended the first plenary session of the CPPCC National Committee and later served as the minister of higher education. As everyone knows he is still a gourmet, he created “Three White Soup ” was popular in the twenties and thirties. “Three white soup ” is a cabbage, bamboo shoots, tofu three kinds of white dishes together with snow 蕻 made.
