土木行业的EPC总承包项目的规模日益增大,很多项目都会在海外执行,各个方面的环境与条件变得十分复杂;随着材料设备需求量的日益增加,种类的繁多,规格杂乱无章,供货周期不断减少,管理费用不断增大,工程项目材料设备失控的现象变得十分严重,对工程项目的进度与成本影响越来越大。本文依据笔者的项目实践工作,总结了EPC总承包项目材料设备现场管理的一些教训与经验供同行参考学习。
The general contracting of EPC projects in the civil engineering industry is increasing in scale and many projects are carried out overseas. The environment and conditions in all aspects become very complicated. With the increasing demand for materials and equipment, As the cycle continues to decrease, the administrative expenses continue to increase, the uncontrolled phenomenon of material and equipment in the project becomes very serious, and the impact on the progress and cost of the project is increasingly greater. This article based on the author’s project practice, summed up the EPC general contracting project materials and equipment field management of some lessons and experience for peer reference learning.
