本研究以双8—14s为光敏核不育基因供体亲本,以国内外不同类型的籼稻品种为受体亲本,采用杂交和单株系统选育方法选育出多种类型的籼型光敏核不育系如8902s、8906s、8912s和8920s等。自1988年以来,利用籼型光敏核不育系大量测配两系杂交稻组合,选育出两系中籼组合8912s/明恢63、8902s/明恢63、8902s/HR195—2、8902s/N55,两系亚种组合8912s/轮回422、8912s/50649,并提出水稻光敏核不育系与两系杂交稻研究设想。
In this study, we used double 8-14s as the donor of photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile (IDMS) genotypes, and used indica rice varieties at home and abroad as recipient parents. Breeding of indica rice varieties with multiple photosynthetic rate CMS lines such as 8902s, 8906s, 8912s and 8920s. Since 1988, a large number of indica-type photo-sensitive genic male sterile lines were used to test two-line hybrid rice combinations and two-line middle-indica combinations 8912s / Minghui 63,8902s / Minghui 63,8902s / HR195-2,8902s / N55, two-line subspecies combination 8912s / reincarnation 422,8912s / 50649, and put forward the tentative plan of the research on the photosensitive genic male sterile line and two-line hybrid rice.
